Russian FinMin: China may turn into risk zone for global economy

Real estate prices inflated in China

Everything highly inflated and artificial in China. They simply are not equipped with a sound and ethical capitalistic mindset to deal with the inflation that is surely headed their way BIG time. They run a totally artificial economy by raping their poverty stricken general population based on corruption and they dare lecture other nations especially USA? It’s a joke and they wil feel the pain very soon. Wanna see how quickly things can crumble in China? When things crumble in USA, we don’t all of a sudden go to a Communistic regime or a military dictatorship but in China, that will happen. Look for a stronger Communistic and more stifling regime when China crumbles.

Yes, way too many people are still rather naively GungHo over China. They are being foolish. They are willing to scramble around for short-term gains when they don’t have a clue when the fall will come? Believe me, China is really built on house of cards. It is 100% artificial and only you can get a clue if you have visited China and have actually wondered around with open eyes and open mind rather than just sit yourself in a 5 star hotel in Shanghai. Poverty if stifling and rampant and China is so corrupt and full of face saving pridce, they will even lie about their world science and math score rankings. They only accounted for Shanghai score in their latest boastings which put them in #1. But if you account for all of their nation’s average as other nations have done, they don’t even come in the top 10. In fact, they don’t even register at all if you look at the stats. Inflation is coming to China based on complete artificiality. Real estate, stocks, currency, import/export policy, it wil all come crumbling down. Only question is when and how hard. You think Chinese Yuan is valued fairly and ethically? Think again. It is completely artificial and heavily manipulated by the government. China is running a greedy money grubbing form of capitalism corrupted and manipulated by their stifling Communistic mentality. Ask yourself why they are building up their military. Don’t delude yourself. China still wants to crush Korea, Japan, and Taiwan. And they want to crush USA as well. By crush, take it over by force if they can overpower you militarily.

Goldman Sachs Asset Management? PU HA HA HA HA… now, that is a joke. ha ha ha. I mean, what do they know? Do they want to suck more people in with their BS investment services by overselling China? Pathetic. Goldman Sachs? ha ha ha. People are still quoting Goldman Sachs? Shall we quote AIG next? Or how about what Merill Lynch thinks. If you are going to quote someone, let’s quote people with some ethics and actual authority. OK?

Flexibility in the Layout
Classic Chinese architecture, if looked at individually, is mostly simple in shape and not large in volume. However they often appear in groups, which is one of the differing features from Western architecture. Judging from documentation from ancient times and the remaining examples, we can conclude that this kind of architectural combination had adopted the courtyard model from very early on, which is to form a courtyard with single buildings on all sides. The main building sits in the center, flanked by the secondary buildings on either side, forming a layout with a central axis. However, garden construction breaks this rule, and in order to create in a limited space an environment that emulates nature, a flexible and overall layout is creatively adopted.

Like all other kinds of architecture, architecture in gardens has to fulfill its functional demand. In private gardens, the owner has multiple needs for daily living, reading, entertaining and enjoyment, and architecture must fulfill each of these demands-the residence to be secluded, reading area to be quiet, entertaining section to be convenient and the area for enjoyment to embody the mood of nature and the natural landscape-all these elements are concerns when planning the garden. In addition, the garden must possess beauty, a beautiful environment that can measure up to any found in nature.

The layout of the architecture has to both “make scenery” and to “get scenery”, which means that the position and image of the architecture must form and enjoyable view within the garden, and at the same time from within the architecture one must be able to enjoy one scene or multiple scenes in the garden.
Architecture in a garden environment does not exist in isolation, but rather forms a comprehensive scene together with the nearby mountains, waters and vegetation.

The classic Chinese garden must be at the same time seeable, tour-able and livable, whereby all scenic spots and areas must be connected by paths for convenience of getting around. In order to create constantly- changing scenes along the way, twisted paths are suitable while straight roads are forbidden paths in open air coexist with corridor paths that shield from the sun and rain. Some of the paths are built along the wall, some are twisting and turning, some move up and down over the slope of the hills, while still others hover above water into water corridor or covered bridges. Along these winding paths and corridors, the builder meticulously sets up a variety of scenes, either a hall, a pavilion, or water pavilion, or an ancient tree, banana trees or a cluster of bamboos. Even a pile of rocks, when placed on hilltops, by the pond, or at the end of the road, can always add to the scene when reasonably and cleverly positioned.

In order to expand the touring area in a not-so-large space, private gardens are often segmented into different scenic areas by corridors and walls. These walls are not high, and in addition to doorways there are often see-through windows on the walls, so that the walls divide but do not separate. These corridors and walls add to the scenes themselves, and they keep the scenic areas both connected and divided. In a larger garden, the garden builder must design at least on optimum route to tour around. Starting from the entry of the garden, one strolls on this route along stone paths or the bank of the pond, or enters a doorways, or climbs the mountain paths, or enter a hall, or take a short rest in the water pavilion. Each move from on area to the next brings renewed scenes, extending the time and expanding the space for enjoyment.

Bulgaria, China to build ties in information technology, communications

SOFIA, June 24 (Xinhua) -- Bulgaria and China signed a memorandum on cooperation in information technologies and communications here Friday.

The agreement, signed by the Bulgarian Minister of Transport, Information Technology and Communications Ivaylo Moskovski, and the Chinese Minister of Industry and Information Technology Miao Wei, covers areas such as broadband technologies, e-government, joint research projects and support for business development.

Moskovski told the signing ceremony information technologies and communications could become one of top areas of cooperation between Bulgaria and China, while Miao said the agreement would expand ties and the partnership between the two countries in this field.

Miao said he had invited representatives of two large Chinese companies, Huawei and ZTE, to attend the signing ceremony. He hoped the signing of the memorandum would enable these companies to expand their operations in the construction of Bulgaria's communication network and building intelligent information systems.

Miao said they would also like to use the memorandum as a basis for deepening cooperation and opening new opportunities for partnership between companies from both countries and thereby contribute to the further development of the traditionally good relations and ties between China and Bulgaria.

Earlier on Friday, Miao met with senior representatives of the Bulgarian Association of Information Technologies (BAIT) and the Bulgarian Association of Software Companies (BASSCOM), who put forward their ideas for cooperation with China.

The bridge, world's longest cross-sea bridge with length of 36.48 kilometers, connects the urban district of Qingdao City to its Huangdao district. The bridge will shorten the route between the two centers by 30 km, cutting travel time down from over 40 minutes to around 20 minutes, said Han Shouxin, deputy director of the city's traffic management committee. Previously, the longest cross-sea bridge in the world was the 36-km-long Hangzhou Bay Cross-sea Bridge that connects the cities of Jiaxing and Ningbo in east China's Zhejiang Province. The Qingdao Jiaozhou Bay Bridge comes on stream on Thursday morning. (Xinhua)

China always respects Libyan people's choice: FM spokeswoman

BEIJING, Oct. 21 (Xinhua) -- China has always respected the Libyan people's choice and China-Libya relations will continue to develop steadily on a new basis, a Foreign Ministry spokeswoman said on Friday.

Spokeswoman Jiang Yu said at a daily press briefing that China has maintained a normal diplomatic relationship with Libya and that China-Libya cooperation has always been carried out on the basis of mutual respect and equal benefit.

"China unswervingly respects the Libyan people's choice and the important position of Libya's National Transitional Council in solving problems," Jiang said.

"We hope Libya will establish an inclusive political transition process as early as possible to safeguard Libyan national solidarity and unity," she said, adding that China will continue supporting the Libyan people's efforts to recover and reconstruct their country.

Earlier on Friday when commenting former Libyan leader Muammar Gaddafi's death on Thursday, Jiang said Libya has turned a new page on its history.

The Chinese Embassy in Libya operates smoothly and China maintains normal communication with relevant parties of Libya, she said at the press briefing.

Jiang said that China has long held an objective and impartial stance with no private interests regarding the Libyan situation. China has always appealed for a stop to armed conflict, preferring to solve problems in a peaceful way through dialogues, she said.

China gave consideration from the perspective of respecting Libyan's independence, sovereignty and territorial integrity, as well as hearing the voice of Arabian and African countries, during a discussion with the UN Security Council regarding Libya, Jiang said.

She also noted at the briefing that China has kept close contact with countries and organizations in the Middle East and Africa and made constructive contributions toward solving the Libyan issue.

Interview: Bulgarian expert says G20 not to take key decisions in Cannes

SOFIA, Oct. 30 (Xinhua) -- The Group of 20 (G20) would not take key decisions at their summit this week in Cannes, Emil Harsev, former Deputy Governor of the Bulgarian National Bank, told a recent interview with Xinhua.

"I think the G20 are still far from common serious decisions that they will take, but the fact is that the meetings in this format of the 20 majors become frequent," Harsev said.

This means that the process is now irreversible, he thought.

"The world can no longer imagine the new economic order without the final word on China, Brazil, India, all countries that are developing quickly and are bearers of progress in today's society and today's market," Harsev said.

Harsev said he assumed that in Cannes a next step will be made, but it is unlikely to be the ending one in the process of change of the global security network and economic arrangement in the world.

Defending his opinion that a key decision in Cannes will not be taken, Harsev said "Ideas and directions where even the leaders of the 'old world', such as the United States, Europe and Japan, go, are very different; they themselves are in dissonance."

Harsev added that countries that are yet to develop and will take their place in the world, now also does not appear to have a common position.

"They will meet, they will agree about the next step, especially for the most important one: namely, that they will meet again and more often," Harsev summarized.

Commenting on whether it is possible the debt reduction of Greece to lead to similar claims on behalf of other European Union (EU) countries such as Spain, Portugal and Italy, Harsev said that "yes, of course," if other countries fall into the same condition, such restructuring would have to be done.

Harsev commented if it is good for Bulgaria, which is an EU member since 2007, to be not yet a member of the eurozone.

He said it appears that this is the the best solution for Bulgaria.

"We currently get full benefits of our EU membership, including of the eurozone, as Bulgaria through the currency board mechanism has fixed its national currency directly to the euro, and the country practically has euros in its domestic circulation," Harsev said.

Therefore, according to him, Bulgaria gets the benefits of the stability, but yet the country doesn't carry the price of the common system of economic stability in the eurozone.

Harsev also said that the Greek debt reduction will not cool the desire of Bulgaria to enter the eurozone, which was stated two years ago.

"Bulgaria's way leads to integration in all systems for economic, political, military and any security in Europe, including Schengen and the eurozone," he said.

The question is when, he added.

"There is no doubt that our eurozone membership was stated in the Treaty of Bulgaria's Accession to the EU: it was accepted as a strategic goal, as a step which will be made at the moment when it becomes economically, politically and in every way possible," Harsev said.

Predicting the possible date when Bulgaria would enter the eurozone, Harsev said it would happen after Europe and Bulgaria overcome the economic crisis and begin to develop at a stable, faster pace.

"I guess 2015 probably as a possible date for accession to the European Exchange Rate Mechanism ERM 2," Harsev said.
