| да отбележим годишнината от премиерата на един забележителен уестърн: Bad Man's River (1971) Also Known As: Hunt the Man Down Director: Eugenio Martí n Writers: Eugenio Martí n, Philip Yordan Cast: Lee Van Cleef, James Mason, Gina Lollobrigida, Gianni Garko, Eduardo Fajardo, Aldo Sambrell The film deals about the bandit Roy King(Lee Van Cleef)and his band(Gianni Garco, Simon Andreu, Jess Hahn)which are robbing trains and banks along Mexican borders.He's deceived for his new wife(Gina Lollobrigida)and a Mexican revolutionary(Daniel Martin) offers them which they collaborate in an attempting to blow up an arsenal by a million dollars, but they will be double-crossed.They'll confront against the Mexican armed ruled by a nasty general Mexican(Eduardo Fajardo)and his underling(Aldo Sambrell)and are besieged in a fort governed by a nutty revolutionary colonel(Sergio Fantoni). This is an average Western with humor and action.The film is plenty of gunplay, irony, shoot'em up, comedy and is quite entertained.The movie gets comics remarks of the spoof Western genre originated on the end decade 60s by the directors Burt Kennedy and Andrew McLagen and stretch out to Italian Western with the Trinity series(Terence Hill and Spencer).Lee Van Cleef as chief outlaw is humorous though very old, Gina Lollobrigida is attractive and James Mason finds himself miscast.Besides appear the usual secondaries as Gianni Garko(Sartana), Eduardo Fajardo(villain in hundred Western as Dianjo), Aldo Sambrell(secondary in Leone Westerns), Ricardo Palacios, Barta Barry, Dan Van Husen...The picture is shot in Almeria(Spain)where years 60s and 70s were filmed innumerable Spaghetti Western. The motion picture is regularly directed by Eugenio Martin who made among other terror films(Horror express) and more Spaghetti(The bounty Killer, Requien for a gringo and Pancho Villa).  |

Tuco and Blondie share a partnership together making money off Tuco's bounty, but when Blondie unties the partnership, Tuco tries to hunt down Blondie. When Blondie and Tuco comes across a horse carriage loaded with dead bodies, they soon learn from the only survivor (Bill Carson) that he and a few other men have buried a stash of gold in a cemetery. Unfortunately Carson dies and Tuco only finds out the name of the cemetery, while Blondie finds out the name on the grave. Now the two must keep each other alive in order to find the gold. Angel Eyes (who had been looking for Bill Carson) discovers that Tuco and Blondie meet with Carson and knows they know the location of the gold. All he needs is for the two to lead him to it. Now The Good, The Bad and The Ugly must all battle it out to get their hands on $200, 000 worth of gold.
