Той съставя трактат по селско стопанство - Nung-cheng chuan-shu (Complete Treatise on Agriculture) и трактат по хидравлика -Taixi shuifa (a treatise on hydraulics) Ху строи католическа църква в Шанхай в района Xujiahui 徐 家 匯 и подарява част от земите си на иезуитската мисия, върху които се издигат манастир, училище, библиотека и обсерватория. През 1847 там е изградена и катедралата Св. Игнатиус. |

Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov (R) meets with Wang Yang, member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China (CPC) Central Committee and secretary of the CPC Guangdong provincial committee, in Sofia, capital of Bulgaria, Sept. 14, 2010. (Xinhua) -- Bulgarian President Georgi Parvanov said Tuesday that his country will expand cooperation with China in economics, trade and investment, and would continuously upgrade the level of bilateral relations. Parvanov made the comments during a meeting with Wang Yang, member of the Political Bureau of the Communist Party of China ( CPC)'s Central Committee and secretary of the CPC Guangdong provincial committee. The Bulgarian president highly appreciated China's reform and opening-up policy, as well as the achievements of development. All Bulgarian political forces are in favor of developing relations with China, viewing it as an important partner on the world stage, said Parvanov, adding that Bulgaria is willing to maintain high-level exchanges with China. Parvanov reiterated that Bulgaria firmly pursues the one-China policy. There is profound traditional friendship between China and Bulgaria, as well as people of the two countries, Wang noted. NEW YORK, Sept. 23 (Xinhua) -- Chinese Premier Wen Jiabao on Thursday met with his Bulgarian counterpart Boyko Borissov here on the sidelines of a series of United Nations meetings. During the meeting, Wen said China and Bulgaria have traditional friendship, and that bilateral ties have weathered various tests and are now faced with new opportunities for development. Both sides should further expand contacts and communication at all levels, enhance mutual trust and consolidate the political basis of bilateral ties, Wen said. China is ready to work with Bulgaria to promote a balanced and stable growth of bilateral trade, expand cross investment, and strengthen exchanges and communication in various fields including culture, education and tourism, Wen said. For his part, Borissov said Sino-Bulgarian ties are a good model of friendly relations between countries of different social systems. His flower city, a place in the "Adventures of DUNNO and His Friends, " has attracted a great number of people. Following the conception of Nosov, the Russia Pavilion has been designed as an ideal city resembling cites in the fairyland, which will give people the impression of a children's paradise. It features 12 irregularly shaped towers in white, red and gold. A 15-meter-tall central building dubbed the "Civilization Cube" links the towers. Taking cues from Nosov's "Adventures of DUNNO and His Friends, " the main exhibition area of the Russia Pavilion consists of three parts: the City for Children, the City for Youth and the Big World, carrying themes of "the City of Flowers, " "the City of Sun" and "the City of Moon" respectively. Before starting their journey, visitors are advised to envision themselves as DUNNO and his friends when travelling this fairy-tale palace. Highlight 1: Unique Design Unique Design With their irregular shapes, these 20-meter towers are located among the natural landscapes of a green lawn and water. Taking a close look, visitors will find that these towers form a circle that takes after the formation of a famous Russian dance. The roofs of the towers are decorated with hollow pictures in colors widely used for traditional Russian garments, symbolizing the integration of various ethnic groups in the country. Highlight 2: Fairy-tale World The City of Flowers features fairy-tale style images of children, showing a flair for colors and fantasies. The City of Sun is a miniature artificial space where the sun shines permanently, shedding light onto every window of the hall to create a translucent labyrinth with virtual displays. Here visitors can find displays of technological inventions by Russian youth. The City of Moon focuses on space exploration. It shows the history of human exploration into the space and glories of Russia's aerospace explorations. Highlight 3: Giant Flowers and Trees Giant strawberries, flowers and trees will feature in the pavilion to show a comfortable city as seen through children's eyes.
