Pozvoljavam si da publikuvam otgovora do amerikanskata horistka i "jurnalistka" ot bulgarka, prepodavatel v amerikanski universitet.Bez da izpadame v prekalena chuvstvitelnost, vsichki bulgari i amerikanski kolegi, zapoznati s patepisa "De e Bulgarija" smjatame, che podobno nevegestvo e neprostimo.Tozi e-mail obedinjava nai-dobre nasheto mnenie.

I have recently read your AP attempt to put your Bulgarian experience into writing (I read the translation, though, because I couldn't find the original on the web). Anyway, I don't think I've missed anything except that the original would
have, most probably, confirmed my impression
that your journalism maturity is at your 9th gradehigh school level of linguistic expression, knowledge, and ignorance about the world. I can
understand your culture shock and the emotional confusion that goes with it but if this is yourbest attempt in writing, than you are nowhere close to a well-informed and knowledgeabl professional.Why didn't you keep your "diary"story to yourself instead of making your ignorance transparent to a large audience of readers. For example, when you say that Bulgaria has not contributed anything to the world except
Georgi Markov's murder (or something along these lines) you'd better have good evidence about it, especially when it comes to a country which has a history of over 1300 years.(Didn't they teach you at your MA program that claims should be made
based on evidence. Anything else is just throwing baits into the air and so
unprofessional).Instead of hiding your ignorance behind such claims you
should have done your research "homework" much better and enlightened yourself with simple facts about the country which , in your own words, you
could hardly find on the map??? (Poor thing!)Informed criticism would have done you
much more credit than this miserable piece ofwriting. I don't think you can apologize for
what you have written, because it is just a reflection of what you are and who you are, but the least you can do is educate yourself better before going into the profession!
